The entry fee for 2024 will be $250 for all divisions plus gate admission for fans. The entry form can be found on the top menu under Rising Stars tab.

The Rising Stars Tournament was organized in 1980 and has been held annually since that time.  It is directed by and for the benefit of Dubuque Independent League Baseball.  Many former DILB managers and players volunteer their services to make this the most popular and successful tournament in the tri-state area.

The tournament has consistently drawn teams from Illinois, Wisconsin and central and eastern Iowa. Many nearby towns have provided top teams, notably Oelwein, Dyersville and Cascade have provided the tournament with top level teams to compete with any and all teams from throughout the Midwest.
