C League: 9–10 year olds (3rd & 4th Grade)

D League: 7–8 year olds (1st & 2nd Grade)
Games: Tuesday (until E League starts), Friday (Wednesday depending on number of teams) | Make-ups: Wednesday

E League: 5–6 year olds (Pre-K & Kindergarten)
Games: Tuesday (starting on or about June 1)

1. Under Registration Info, select Volunteer Opportunities and choose your program/division.
2. Create an account or log in with existing credentials.
3. Select “I am a team coach or other team personnel.”
4. Confirm the correct Program and Division.
5. Select yourself as Head Coach.
6. Name your team using format: (Division) Team Name — example: (C) Angels.
7. From your team page you may:
   • Invite players (team code auto-included in emails)
   • Send payment reminders
   • Pay open invoices
   • View roster limits
   • Access your team code

The DILB Board recommends importing your team from SportsConnect into GameChanger. This transfers your schedule, roster, coaches, and parents, and automatically updates with schedule changes.

1. Sign in to GameChanger using the same email as SportsConnect.
2. Select Create Team (or “+”).
3. Choose Import Sports Connect.
4. Confirm your email if prompted.
5. Select your team and tap Import.

Important Notes:

• Schedule and roster updates sync automatically.
• Games marked “Rescheduled” or “Postponed” may require manual re-import.
• Game results entered in GameChanger do not appear in SportsConnect.

The waiver process governs player movement at the A, B, and C levels and helps maintain competitive balance.

• Waivers are required for A/B/C players changing teams.
• Waivers occur once per year at the annual coaches’ meeting.
• Claim order follows previous season standings (worst record first).
• If claimed, the player must join that team or sit out the season.
• If unclaimed, the player becomes a free agent.
• One at-bat or defensive play counts as a season.

D League players do not enter waivers.

Applies only to A, B, and C leagues.

Players are free agents if they:

• Were not on a DILB roster the previous season
• Leave before June 15
• Clear waivers unclaimed
• Sit out the first 10 games after leaving post–June 15

Players who do not meet these conditions must use the waiver process.

D League players may move freely at any time.

Playing Up:

• Players may substitute at a higher level.
• They may only pitch at their registered level.
• They may sub for only one higher-level team per season.

Playing Down:
Players may not play down a level during the regular season or end-of-year tournament.
